UMW Sunday – April 28
The United Methodist Women will lead us in worship on Sunday, April 28. Speakers include: Maria Ward, President of the Alexandria District UMW and member of Del Ray United Methodist Church in Alexandria and Marty Bickford, Vice President of the Alexandria District UMW and Coordinator of Membership, Nurture and Outreach of the St. John’s UMW where she is a member. Don’t forget to stop by the Narthax following the 8:15 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. services were Elizabeth Circle members will be selling baked goods, handmade cards and knitted items. Proceeds from the sales will go to the UMW Legacy Fund in honor of the UMW’s 150th anniversary.
