Contemporary Issues (Room 306)  led by Bob Hull

If you are looking for a class, the Contemporary Issues Adult Sunday School Class is actively recruiting new members. Each week a current event topic is discussed, and each class is “Stand Alone”. The Wired Word, an electronic teaching resource, is used in guiding our discussion. Anyone may speak; no one is ever called on. Join us as we try to assist each other in leading Christian lives in a friendly, non-judgmental, supportive way.

The subject this Sunday is “Sherrod Loses Job, Falsely Charged with Racism”. We will try to use the example of Ms. Sherrod's story to help us consider what repentance and transformed thinking really mean when applied to our lives.

Re-Discovery (Room 106) led by Judy Hall

The book of Revelation is perhaps the most misunderstood and misused of all the biblical writings.  In this study, you will learn about the mindset, throught process, theological and historical background of the people for whom this writing was made.  This class will look at Revelation through the filter of this information and seek to gain a new understanding of the message this very special book delivers.
