Relationships You Can't Be Without
What are the relationships that are indispensable in our lives, that give our lives meaning and draw us closer to God? During worship in July at St. Matthew’s,
we will celebrate and
explore some of these relationships. Hear more about this week's worship services and education classes from St. Matthew's pastors in their weekly message.
Register for Vacation Bible School & KaMP
Children ages 4 (by September 30) through rising 6th graders will be part of the excitement at our Vacation Bible School and KaMP programs July 20-24 this summer.
VBS' Camp E.D.G.E.: Experience + Discover God Everywhere is a powerful journey that brings your children closer to God when they discover that God is with them at all times, in all places, and in all circumstances, ready to help them and guide them.
Rising 5th and 6th graders take part in KaMP (Kids and Mission Projects), a separate program that coincides with VBS, in which they engage in meaningful, hands-on mission and service work to see how we can make a difference in the lives of others.
Camper & Volunteer Registration is now available online. Registration closes July 6, so sign up today.
Deepening our Relationship with Christ
Many things vie for our attention and promise fulfillment. However, Jesus assures us that we will find true fulfillment through him. A deep relationship with Christ satisfies the hungers of our heart.
So how as a church can we help everyone develop a deeper relationship with Christ? Check out St. Matthew's new blog which asks you questions on why or why not you come to St. Matthew’s to worship God and study His word. We want to develop a healthy discussion with all people who attend and wish to attend St. Matthew’s UMC.
Go Green with the Creation Care Team
New to St. Matthew's website, find out about our Creation Care Team which focuses on our Christian responsibility to protect and preserve God’s Creation, the Earth. As Christians, our covenant with God requires us to be stewards, protectors, and defenders of all creation.
Get green today and learn about what you can do to protect God's Creation through the Creation Care Team.
