Registration/Activity Fee = $100/per child (non-refundable)

SUMMER CAMP WEEKLY RATES $300/week

Camp Hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

MONDAY – FRIDAY unless otherwise noted for the week.

Families enrolling with more than one child will receive a 10% discount for one child.

SUMMER CAMP POLICY:

Please carefully read the following information before submitting your registration form.

To register for Summer Camp, the registration form must be submitted along with the activity fee ($100) and a 50% deposit for each week.
The $100 non-refundable registration/activity fee helps cover the daily provided snacks, supplies and materials, and office administrative fees. This fee is due at the time of registration.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of registration. The remaining cost is due by [date].
The cost of each week is the same regardless of the theme or number of days of the week.
Campers attending summer camp are asked to bring their lunches each day. The Weekday School will provide snacks. We are a NUT-FREE school.

Payments can be made through our Childcare Management Software, Brightwheel. You may pay online by credit card or automatic withdrawal (ACH). We also accept payments by check, which you may drop off at the WDS office by the deadline.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Requests to cancel enrollment and receive a refund must be made in writing (email is acceptable) no later than [DATE]. Cancellations received after this date are not eligible for a refund.

Required forms are due at least two weeks prior to the child’s first day of camp. Children will not be allowed to attend camp without completing required forms on file.
Current WDS families do not need to complete an Authorization Form unless the information has changed and do not need to provide proof of identity and age as they are already on file. Returning children must have a current physical and up-to-date immunization record on file.
Your Brightwheel account will be updated once your application has been reviewed. Please allow 72 business hours for review.
