Confirmation is open to all students grade 8 and up who have not previously been confirmed. Confirmation is a time where students get to explore their faith, wrestle with what they believe and why they believe it, and choose to claim their faith as their own. Confirmands will be paired with a faith friend (an adult from the congregation who will serve as a mentor through the confirmation process.) Confirmands can reach out to an adult within the congregation that they would like to ask to be their faith friend.

Confirmation Kickoff will be Sunday, January 5 at 12:30 PM in the Social Hall. Kickoff will be for all confirmands, parents, and faith friends. Classes will take place during the 10:15 Sunday school hour weekly, starting January 12 and ending in May. Confirmation Sunday is May 31. There will also be several off-site field trips to explore other faith traditions. Those trips are still being worked out.
