  • Beginning Sunday, June 1st, we will be conducting a Children's Book Drive to support elementary school children and/or brand new teachers to the county (let's help get their classroom libraries started). Please consider donating gently used books for students in Preschool- 6th grade. Place your donations in the Book Drive bin located at the front entrance of the church. Please note: Board books, story books and adolescent chapter books are needed.

  • Sunday, June 15th – There will be a food pick up at Lidl Grocery Store, located at Rte. 29 near Camp Washington for FACETS. This will take approximately 45 minutes. Sign up here.

  • Monday, June 16th – You will have the opportunity to volunteer at St. Matthew’s Food Ministry from 4:40 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Please use the signup genius to volunteer. Sign-up here.

  • Tuesday, June 17th – We will have a table set up in the Commons from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. for individuals to decorate and sign cards for shut ins, nursing homes, etc. No card making experience necessary.

  • Wednesday, June18th – We will be putting together first aid bags for the homeless and Hot Meals to go bags for FACETS, beginning 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A table will set up in the Commons. Thursday,

  • Thursday, June 19th - We will have a table set up in the Commons from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. for individuals to decorate and sign cards for shut ins, nursing homes, etc. No card making experience necessary.

  • Friday, June 20th - You will have the opportunity to volunteer at St. Matthew’s Food Ministry from 8:40 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Please sign-up here.

  • Saturday, June 21st – We will be assisting FACETS by loading food items into their vans for the monthly food distribution at Emmanuel Baptist Church, at 8:45 a.m. at Food for Others on Prosperity. Please use the attached signup genius to volunteer. Possibly two evenings during the week. Sign-up here.

  • The Youth Group will be doing yard work for members of the congregation who needs assistance. Contact Katie Fritchman for more information.
