Youth Hypothermia Volunteers

St. Matthew's UMC will be hosting the Hypothermia Shelter through FACETS the week of February 16. Monday, February 17 is a holiday and our guests will be welcome to stay the whole day, meaning there are opportunities to provide both breakfast and lunch. Youth have the opportunity to serve our hypothermia guests throughout the day Monday, February 17 from breakfast through lunch. This will include serving breakfast, running a bingo game, and serving lunch. To make the morning time more efficient, I am asking for breakfast casseroles to be brought in ready to serve between 7:45 and 8:00 AM. Feel free to sign up for one or more shifts or to bring a casserole to help take care of our  hypothermia guests. This is a great way for students to get volunteer hours, if needed for school.
